“Zombies” take over Trenton, New Jersey and bodies are piling up sans their brains. I’m thinking this is a metaphor for the empty cranial cavity used to continue writing this series.
This installment contains action with Morelli AND Ranger; Diesel also shows up in this one (for no real good reason). I think Morelli and Stephanie are using each other as placeholders; Ranger seems to be the first one to jump in with concern when Stephanie is in danger while Morelli just stands back. It’s time. It’s past time. Time for everyone to grow up, make a decision, stop with the junk food, stupid repetitive jokes, etc.
Evanovich is now actually insulting her loyal readers by writing the same book over and over. Twenty four books now in this series and they are all the same? Ridiculous. Someone let me know when a decision is finally made, FFS.
Audio narrated by Lorelei King (I wonder if she is sick of this series too…)
